We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our small and dynamic team. The successful applicant will fill a key supporting role within our company as part of the Operations team. S/he will report to the CEO. The role encompasses a wide range of activities requiring accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills.
Location: Remote - Work from home
Job Type: Part-time, 8 hours/week (split 2 hours a day Tuesday - Friday)
Salary: Paid hourly based on national minimum wage for age group
Daily Responsibilities include:
- Send emails for order updates and delivery information
- Update email lists
- Answer general email inquiries & escalate emails when necessary
- Process transactions within various systems timely and accurately
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Google-Suite and/or Microsoft Suite
Competencies:
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) and good interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team player
